sizes range from time and material
service/repair work to multi-million dollar
mechanical contracts. Primary territory is the
Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area and throughout
Texas.
MPI's main focus is securing design build, plan
and spec., tenant-finish work and
service/maintenance contracts. In addition to
providing top quality installation and service
of plumbing, HVAC, process piping, and
automation systems, we also offer conceptual
estimating, value engineering, design build and
accelerated scheduling capabilities. Mechanical
Partners, Inc. performs both private and public
work; supported by its $30 million bonding
