team in 2007. His current commitments include
public, private, and design build projects.
 Dennis Baskin
Project Manager

Dennis is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
He holds a Class A Air Conditioning License and
a Master Plumbing License. With fifty-five (55)
years experience in the mechanical construction
industry, he has worked most facets of the
business including international construction.
He is currently serving as a Project Manager.
 Geddy Grady

Geddy left the general contracting business and
started in mechanical contracting with MPI in
2005. He started in the Estimating Department
and since has made the transition to Project
Manager. Geddy has a strong commitment in making
sure that MPI exceeds the customer’s
expectations in the performance of the field and
in the office.
 Jon Stack
Senior Project Manager

A Texas A & M graduate with a degree in
Engineering Technology, Jon has been with MPI
since 2004 and has twenty-three years of experience in
the mechanical construction industry. He has
managed major projects such as the Hilton Hotel
in Rockwall and UTD Founders Annex. Jon's vast
experience and leadership skills have earned
industry awards such as the ABC National Award
of Excellence.
 Tom Sharpton
Project Manager

| Tom has more than twenty years experience in mechanical contracting, including project management & superintendent duties. He has a Master Plumbing License with a Med Gas endorsement. Tom had taught Med Gas and Plumbing Continuing education classes for several years and currently teaches third year plumbing at CEF. He also speaks Spanish fluently. Tom has many responsibilities over several projects, including the overall budget for the mechanical aspects and being a liaison between MPI and the General Contractor. These assets make Tom a valuable member of the MPI team. |
Rick Timms
HVAC Construction Manager

Rick has worked as a superintendent on a variety jobs for the last 15 years. He has had training and certification in many areas such as team leader training, contract law, OSHA ten hour, welding, and supervisor training. In 2005 he received a national award of excellence from Associated Builders and Contractors for his work with the Pharma Fab project.
